Is there a plug-in that will suit my needs?

  Is there a plug-in I can get that is kind of like a lead capture page? I was thinking of offering people a short, free ebook I wrote in exchange for their emails.

  There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase here that provides FTP access and the ability to install plugins and or any third party themes. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes then you will have to hire a web host and set up your own WordPress.org install.

  Just use a Contact Form and email them the book once they’ve contacted you through it. You have to do it manually, but emailing an ebook isn’t heavy lifting.
