Is there a plugin that works with widgets that can rotate information?

First I’m sorry if my question doesn’t make sense. I’ll try to explain better.

I am wondering if there is a plugin that can create a widget that has the ability to rotate snippets of HTML code on a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule.

The purpose I need something like this for is a possible quote of the day, and definitely a featured artist of the week, or day maybe.

I could possibly be willing to upgrade my Personal plan to a business plan if this is possible with a plugin.

Any advice would be appreciated as right now I will have to do this sort of thing manually (which isn’t too bad, but already have a lot to do as it is in trying to build my website).

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey there, looking at the plugins dashboard https://wordpress.com/plugins/ it looks like there is, but as you mentioned you would have to upgrade to the Business upgrade plan in order to use a plugin.

Also, since you mentioned that you have the Personal plan, you are eligible for direct assistance from Support when you post at https://wordpress.com/help/contact

Thanks for the info. I didn’t realize there was a place to search for plugin’s and yeah…. support takes forever usually.

Do you remember what the name of the plugin was?

Hello again, You can search the plugin pages for rotating text, but if you are looking for a recommendation for a specific plugin, I suggest searching on the ORG plugin pages or posting in the ORG forums. They have more experience there with plugins than we do here on WordPressdotcom.

Hi and thank you again. I did search the plugins but didn’t find anything that might work. I really appreciate your help and advice. I wasn’t aware that wordpress.com users could use the forums at the .org site so I will give that a try.

They do have a different log-in system, but there’s a link where you can register an account right on the forums page. You don’t need an account if all you want to do is search there. Best wishes.
