Is there a possibility of getting someone who writes annoying comments blocked?

  Someone (under the name of “silvia rodríguez”) usually sends undesirable comments (she used to do it also on my Youtube channel, but there, I blocked that user). I wish I could block those messages on my wordpress blog, too, if possible.
