Is there a possibility to remove likes on my blog posts?

Is there a possibility to remove a like from a particular person on a particular blog post on my blog. Reason: The pure presence of an abuser on my blog through the like he or she placed, can be very painful for me as a victim of sexual abuse. I do not want keep others from liking my blog posts. I just want to have control over whose likes I have to accept, like I have control over the comments I accept on my posts. This is a very important issue for me.

There’s no way to filter out the likes, but you can hide or turn it off so people will not have option to like your post. Please note that this will apply to everyone.
