Is there a problem with adding YouTube?

  I’m having trouble adding YouTube to my services on Gravatar. I see where others have had this problem, but don’t see any resolution. Is there something I can do? Thanks

  There is a known problem adding YouTube, I am not sure if it has been resolved. I have flagged this for staff review to see if they can provide any insight on the fix or even a timeframe for the fix.

  Hi there,

  As rkoffy mentioned, this is a known issue and we’ve reported it to our team, but we don’t have a timeline for when that issue will be fixed. I’ll certainly add your details to that report, though — the more reports we hear about that issue, the likelier it is to rise to the top of the issues our team is working on so we can investigate it! I’ll let you know when I get an update on it. :)

  Thanks for your patience with this issue! Our team just launched a fix so YouTube can be added as a verified service again. Please let me know if you continue to have trouble with it. :)
