is there a problem with the crop function for imported images?
-
The last two posts I’ve been unable to use the crop function for imported images (edit image, click and drag mouse, click on crop), which I’ve done for the past 7 months. I’ve not changed anything, so I’m unsure why it’s not working. It’s a great function that I miss! Please advise, many thanks.

Thanks for the report.
katjamintokyo – are you using IE9 when you experience the problem? When you say “imported images” – do you mean any image you upload or are you referring to something else?
provelopassion – could you please let me know what browser and version you’re using? If you’re not sure, you can go here and copy what it says under Web Browser: http://supportdetails.com/

Hi, yes, I typically use IE9. Yesterday I opened my WordPress account using Google Chrome, and voila, the crop window / function appeared in the appearance / header function and the edit image function. It used to come up all the time with IE9. Stopped about a week ago or so.
