Is there a problem with the support team?

I changed my theme on Thursday last week and since then I have had an abundance of questions for the support team. I have asked questions on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and now today but there has been no contact from them. In the past someone was on hand almost instantly to help out and an issue would be resolved relatively quickly. More recently I have noticed that quite often nobody is there but at least someone will try to solve my problem later via email. However, since last Thursday, I have had no help or support, either instant or later in email. I have been able to solve a lot of the issues that have occurred since changing theme but it has been incredibly difficul;t and time consuming. But there are still a number of niggling problems that I can’t solve by myself and I really need help from WordPress. It is incredibly frustrating that all help and contact has simply vanished.
Can someone tell me if there is a problem? If not can someone explain why I’m not receiving any help?

I’m really struggling to get any help from WordPress. The suppost team still hasn’t answered any of my questions from a week ago and nobody has answered my post here in the forum about it. Does anyone from WordPress check the forum who can alert the support team to the issues I am having? If not, is there anyone on the forum who is having the same problem and can advise me further?

I’m still receiving zero help from WordPress. Before I would have given WordPress a 10 out of 10 for their help and support but now without having received any help whatsoever from its 24/7 support I would have to give them a zero out of 10. What on earth is going on WordPress?
