Is there a Restore point, to get all my categorys back up?

  I really need help here, I was attempting to use the category’s to tag’s function which was taking forever, when I tried to abort it deleted all my categorys, I have a few that I just manually re-categorized but there are about 300 posts in my archives and that will take forever!

  Is there a restore point, where I can go back to yesterday and restore where my settings were at and get my category list and all their posts back? Right now most everything is Uncategorized….
