Is there a theme that doesn't have a sticky post on the home page

  I am trying to find a theme that allows me to have a static home page and sticky posts on additional pages. I am using Coraline and it allows me to set up pages, but when I attach a post, it does not give me an option to put directly on my created pages without me cutting and pasting. This is not ideal, because it does not allow people to comment. Also, this themes posts each new post above what I would like to be my constant intro message (just shows up as first blog post). I would like to have a box on half of the page that shows the newest post, but that does not cover my intro message. Any suggestions?

  All themes allow you to have a static front, no theme allows sticky posts on pages other than the main posts page.

  1) If you want a static intro page as your front, you create that page in Pages >Add New, then you go to Settings > Reading and set your front to display that page.
  2) To display groups of posts on other pages, you don’t literally create pages. You categorize each post under the appropriate category (as you’ve been doing), and you create a custom menu that will include these categories. See this post of mine for details:

  3) To display a “constant intro message” on each category page, you edit each category in Posts > Categories and add the message in the Description field.
