Is there a theme that will allow readers to submit content to the blog?

I’m trying to find a theme that might allow me to crowd source some content. Is there a theme that will allow readers to submit content?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No there is not such theme and this is not a theme related issue per se. Blogs are not wide open anyone can post structures like public noticeboards or wikis. If you wish to add official users to your blog see:

I think the only theme on WordPress.com that allows such a thing, or at least the last time I checked, was P2.
Under the P2 theme Options, there is a check box that says “allow any WordPress.com member to post” so at minimum, the person does have to have a WordPress.com account.

Good to know, tt. But, according to the P2 theme options, it doesn’t appear that it is even necessary to add users as you’ve described. If the Admin checks the box under theme options, all that is needed is for the user to have a WordPress.com account and they can post on the site.
