Is there a theme that you can upload a tiled image as the background?

  Im wanting to upload a picture of Texas wildflowers (tiled) as my background. Do any themes, free or otherwise, allow you to do this?

  I need a header space too. Thats my only requirement.

  Yes, most themes that have the “custom background” option can tile the background image. Go to http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/ and click Feature Filters, select Custom Header and Custom Background options and click Apply Filters.
