Is there a theme where the block quote font is the same size as the other text?

  I don’t mind upgrading, but I don’t want to deal with plug ins and CSS. Is there a theme where the block quote font is the same size as the other text?

  Blockquotes are treated differently in each theme and I do not have a list of themes that display as you indicate above.
