Is there a way for Blog readers to have a form letter sent to someone?

  Is there any mechanism that would allow a pre-written form or campaign style letter to be emailed to a Senator or Representative only with custom blog reader signing and from the readers email address? Or just custom signed?

  The form letter could be a page, a post or a PDF loaded into media.

  Ideally the reader agrees with the purpose of the letter, clicks on an Icon and they are prompted for their email and name and the letter is auto sent.

  What’s the closest possible?

  Any ideas appreciated… from automatic to manual…

  Yes, there is, but not from a WordPress.com blog.
