Is there a way I can add a forum or something to my blog?

  If so, how? It can be either a forum or any discussion thing. Can I even do that?

  Register another WordPress.com blog and use the P2 (twitter-like) theme. Then create a custom menu in your main blog and include a custom link to the P2 forum blog in it.
