Is there a way I can add mychingo?

I have a podcast, and I would like my members to leave me messages. I can’t do it as WP has it set up now, but is there a way around it?
The code has an embed part in it. Here’s the code:

It’s a security issue. If they were allowed, someone with bad intend could hack their way into the system with a poorly written javascript or flash program.
