  Is there a way of changing the image at the top of the post only when someone clicks on it? I want to be able to have the full-sized photo at the top of the post which shows a Before pic, and only when people have read the post enable them to click on the photo and see the After. This doesn’t seem to be able to happen in the Slideshow option.

  I’m sorry but that isn’t possible by any means that I’m aware of.
