Is there a way to actually talk to a WP rep?

Is there a way to actually talk to a WP rep? I am in the back end of my blog but I don’t have full controls (I can not change from private to public, I can’t change pages, etc.).
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no phone support at WordPress.com. If you have an upgraded plan you are entitled to Live Chat support. Otherwise you ask your questions here. Timethief already advised you about changing email addresses. Regarding your inability to make your site public (“My Site” “Settings” “Privacy”) are you the owner/admin of the site? Some user roles don’t give full access.

Thank you @themagicrobot :)
@rachels95 the advice you’ve been given perfect. Let us know if you need more help.

I am the owner / admin of the site. My Site / Settings / Privacy does not give me the option to set to public. Actually, when I go to My Site, there is no Settings option. When I am in the Dashboard the Settings only give the options for Sharing and Polls. The only email address associated with this account is the one I am using. I do not have the option to import / export anything either. So, it would seem by looking at all of this that I am not using an admin / owner password. Is there no way to recover that information somewhere / somehow? As I’ve said my personal email is associated with a different blog (which I am asking to be removed from) and my blog email address is the one I am using to access this site.
-
@rachels95 If you are the site owner, you just need to log out and log into the correct account. This account is listed only as an author on this site, so this account does not have control over those settings.
-
I don’t have any other email addresses so how do I figure out my proper login for admin?
-
@rachels95 the site was set up under a different email account. Did a friend create it for you?

Please take note of this matching username account:

Yes, that is me. The email address I use with rachels95 is an email address that will be deleted very soon. about 7 years ago, I switched to a paid blog which I am now deleting as I do not blog as much as I used to. I was wanting to switch it all over to the free site for now. the roomsofknowledge user name, I must have created it under a different email that I no longer have (although I thought I changed everything over or transferred ownership). I have tried every password I can remember and I can not get in and have no access to the username so no access to the ownership of my blog.
-
OK, hold off on deleting anything right now.
Can you use the still-not-deleted email to log into that account? If you’ll do that and respond here as that user, I can help you transfer it to this user.
-
In fact you could do it yourself if you’ll log into the old account.

The not deleted email is attached to my paid for blog (also WP, hosted by MomWebs) which will be deleted next week. Looking at the users in it the only other email address I may have used is not listed as a viable account in the WP site. I do not see a way to transfer the blog from the paid site to the free site. And if I were to transfer to the free site, how would I access it since I can not get in to the admin portion?
-
by the way, I am logged in here with the same (about to be deleted) email that is attached to the about to be deleted blog.
-
The email I want to associate with this account and make the admin / owner is associated with this username -https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/rlstevens95 which is no longer associated with any other blogs. But first I need to figure out if it is even possible to access the back end of roomsofknowledge.wordpress.com.
-
Let’s take this one step at a time. Please log out and log in as the other user, then respond here or get in touch via chat at http://wordpress.com/help/contact. We’ll take the next step (transferring this site to “rachels95”) after that.
-
I guess I’m not understanding which user you are wanting me to login under. For the WP paid blog that is hosted by MomWebs?
-
Sadly, I no longer remember that password and I do not know where it’s sending the link to create a new one (I have an idea that it may be going to an email address I no longer use and can not access).
-
@rachels95 it goes to your other email address — the one you used when you bought the upgrades.
If you don’t know what that is, and can find a transaction from your purchase, let us know. We will email you to get the transaction ID so you can recover access that way. (do not post the transaction ID here.)
