Is there a way to add a prefix when publicizing a post?

  I love being able to automatically publicize new posts on Twitter and Facebook, but when my posts show up on the services there’s nothing saying it’s a new blog post. Is there any way to add something like “New blog post:” at the beginning of the posts on Facebook and Twitter without having to manually posting to each service?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
