is there a way to add an iframe widget to my blog?

I would like to add a widget from my training-log shapelink.com. Unfortunately my blog don´t support iframe widgets. Is there a way tom make it possible anyway without having the wordpress program installed? Here´s a link to my widget:

Since my blog is all about my training it would be fun to have the training-widget.

The answer is “no”.
This is a multiuser blogging platform and iframes are a security risk. The software strips the iframe code out to preserve security here.
