No. Always try a forum search or at least look at the tag cloud; this question gets asked a million times a week.

The best way, disembedded, is to jump up and down and shout a lot about it in the forums. Always works a treat.

FYI-we’ve already got Google Adsense on WordPress.com, just not users adding it. (No complaints here, though.)
