is there a way to add 'suscribe' button to site?

  i am wondering if there is a way to add a suscribe button or link to the site, so people can suscribe to your website and get the latest posts.
  i would like to offer a freebie in exchange for suscribing but not sure how to do this. help?

  Hola acabo de hacerlo, ofreciendo un envío por mail de un diseño gratis, por solo suscribirse y dejar su email, lo hice agregando un botón de suscripción y editandolo, mi plan es Premium, no se si con los planes básicos esta disponible esa opcion, mucha suerte! puedes verlo en kimikailustra.com

  I did this through adding “Subscribe” to my top menu and adding the MailChimp url for my mail list and promotion that I manage in MailChimp. Now you click Subscribe and it goes immediately to the sign up and the process starts.
