Is there a way to automatically replace text with links?

So, lets say I write a blog post on a topic (e.g. the Zeo). In the post I use the phrase “Zeo” like twenty times. Now, I’d like for each instance of “Zeo” to be a hyperlink, but I don’t want to go through and manually change each instance to a hyperlink. Is there a way to do this automatically?
Similarly, lets say I wrote a post on Zeo, but I also mention FitBit and WakeMate. Is there a way to say that every time these words occur in a post they should be hyperlinked? e.g. To setup a “dictionary” that says “If x word then hyperlink with y link?”
