Is there a way to block a blogger from visiting my site? She's stealing images b

  Regularly throughout the year someone downloads anywhere from 8 to 24 images off my site. She’s already stolen well over half my library and I’d like to stop it. Is there a way to find out who this is (I only have a suspicion) and prevent her from entering my site from any of her many blog addresses? Thank you.

  You cannot prevent someone from entering a public blog, but you CAN DMCA someone if they post your images elsewhere.
