Is there a way to change my URL and insert another period?

Our blog title is currently naropatlc.com and we would like to change it to naropa.tlc.com .. I am not sure if this is possible as “tlc” seems it would denote the blog platform and “naropa” would be the original site .. but would like to do so if possible in order to make our blog name a bit more clear (and easily decipherable).

What you want would be a sub-domain to tlc.com – however since tlc.com is taken, no you can’t do what you want to do.
You could probably do naropa-tlc.com (with a dash)
