I’m so sorry for the delay in responding. We’ve been buried under a mountain of tickets, but we’re working our way out from under them!
To answer your question, your readers actually have that options themselves in their subscription settings. We have a help article specifically for that:

They can choose to get daily or even weekly digests of your or anyone else’s blog in to their email. Just share this help article and they should be well on their way!
