Is there a way to copy a page?
-
I know that there are plugins that do this, but I am inheriting a WordPress.com install and therefore cannot use those plugins. Just wondering if there is a workaround to this, as it would save me a lot of time.

From your Dashboard click on Pages > Copy a Page. On the editor page that opens up, go to the Writing Helper section and select the page you wish to copy.
If you’re wanting to copy a post instead, the steps are similar. Navigate to Posts > Copy a Post, then select the post from the Writing Helper section.

Thanks for replying,
All I see under pages is Add New and All Pages. On the All Pages screen in the dashboard there is no button for Copy a Page

Then, you are in the wrong forum.
This forum is only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.comWordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum.

Oh sorry it is hosted by wordpress.com, I guess that’s just not the right url for it. My mistake
