Is there a way to delete an old site for a business

  The previous business owner has left and there’s no way to contact them. Is there a way to delete the previous web site including domain without having the username and password of the wordpress site?

  What is the URL of the site in question?

  Only the account that owns a domain can cancel it, and only a logged-in admin on a site can delete it or take it offline.
