Is there a way to find out who is viewing the blog?

  Is there any way to link to the viewers from FB or Twitter who are viewing your blog or can you only see general stats, as in numbers from those sites? I’d like to find out which of my followers are viewing so that I can create a more specific target audience.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
