Is there a way to get the rest of my old blog ported over to wordpress?

We’ve been wanting to switch to wordpress from blogger and started almost two years ago, but stopped because I couldn’t figure some things out, so the question becomes if we start to do this again can I add the to the WordPress site from where I left off to the present from Blogger? or just blank everything and start again?

You should be able to import the contents of your Blogger blog via Tools -> Import in your WordPress.com blog’s Dashboard.
