Is there a way to have only G rated ads on my blog?

    I was horrified to find that there are filthy and inappropriate pornographic ads on my blog. Is there a way to have only G rated ads on my blog?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi,

    That’s not cool at all. Any ads like that shouldn’t be there and we’d contact the ad providers to determine how something like that made it through.

    If possible, if you can take a screenshot of any ad and note the particular time, date, and website you saw it on, we can hunt it down.

    I added the screen shot to my media library. I saw it around 9:30pm EST on January 9, 2014.

    Howdy,

    Whoa—you weren’t kidding.

    Looking at the screenshot, there is an “Ads not by this site” disclaimer on it. Our ads aren’t served like that. Most likely, you may have a browser extension that is inserting ads into some sites.

    If you’re using Google Chrome, you can check what extensions are installed on your browser by going to the Window menu in Chrome and selecting “Extensions”.

    My initial thought is there will be one or more extensions there that are responsible for this ad.

    If you have any questions, please let me know. I’m not going to delete the image yet in case we need to get a second opinion.
