Is there a way to install elementor to a wordpress plan?

  I am using a free WordPress plan on WordPress.com. Is there a way to install the Elementor plugin to it? Are there workarounds for this?, I need to design my homepage same as the website https://www.automaticchina.com done is there any way to do this?
