is there a way to keep a person or blogger from following your blog?

  i have a blog that i would love to see spread, but of course the one person i don’t want to get notices about my blog updates is the only one following it. any chance i can keep them from getting updates? i know that i can’t keep them from reading a public blog (which mine is).

  Hey, I don’t think that that is possible. As long as your blog is public, it will be readable for and can be followed by anyone.

  No matter what you try to do (short of cutting them off of the internet, which is unlikely, not trying to give you ideas here), it’ll be impossible to prevent anyone from following it. That’s just how it is when we’re publishing stuffs on the public Web.
