Is there a way to keep the site but not have to pay so much?

  Hello: My husband can no longer add to his blog but I would like to keep it as a reminder of him and all his writing? Is there a good way to do this?

  At WordPress.com, you can have a website for free. The starting plan is free. And an existing website has a custom domain; you can buy the Personal plan, which doesn’t cost much.
