Also please for future reference please add more detail to your post instead of “Help Me” because that little phrase doesn’t help use give you a accurate answer when possible.

wordpress has quite a few auto twitter posting plugins. do a google search for

What usefulness would a plugin have here at wordpress.com where we do not have FTP access to our blogs and cannot install individual plugins?

Aside from Publicize and the Twitter widget we can use the social bookmarks from http://getsocial live.com There we can enter the title for our posts and shortlink to it and generate URL specific social bookmarks which we can add by copy and pasting the code into the HTML editor at the end of each of our posts prior to publishing them. When we add these URL specific social bookmarks to our posts using the HTML editor and publish them our Twitter accounts (and Facebook) will then be automatically updated for us. -
