Is there a way to make a post sticky on EVERY post, not just my home page?

It seems there should be a way to have the same blurb at the top of every post without having to add it each time. All I can find is how to do a sticky post, which only attaches to the home page. Help?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Make a draft Post with the boiler plate in it – then copy the draft post – should work
but be careful of starting each post with the same thing – search engines and people will think you maybe have not much new content
