Is there a way to make section titles centered ?

  Sometimes I use section titles and I want to center them, is it possible. If yes, how ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is what I use to make section titles –

  <span style="text-decoration: underline;"> World History </span>

  Now it would be nice if I could center it as well.
