Is there a way to make seperate posts in a page?
-
I would like to create a separate page from the home screen that will display only one category of posts. I don’t want to simply use categories because I would like it to only show up on said certain page, is this possible?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes. You can create a custom menu and include Categorizes, subcategories, Pages, sub-pages and/or custom links what you want in it and exclude any that you do not want. Please see here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

There isn’t anyway to have the tab only appear on one page if that is what you mean, and there is no way to put posts onto a page that you create.

What’s critical is to understand is the differences between pages and posts > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
There is only one dynamic page in a blog for posts and we cannot post to more than that one page. When we publish a post it automatically appears on the running page for posts and also on the Categories pages and Archives pages.
We organize our posts by assigning Categories to them. Although there is only one dynamic page in a blog for posts and we cannot post to more than that one page, we can create the appearance we have done so by creating a custom menu. In that custom menu you will could display a single Category tabs (display only one category of posts) along the horizontal navigation where static pages are usually displayed.
