is there a way to redirect a “page” click to external site?

Hi everyone!
I’m a self confessed WP noob, so please bear with me whilst I get this question out as concisely as possible.
I’ve had a little play around with both WP.org and WP.com and found that WP.com suits my needs more, so that’s what I’ve chosen to stick with for the time being, until I can justify registering a domain and/or hosting at some point. While I was messing about with WP.org page designs, I used the “Page Links To” plugin to make one of my page links redirect to another site in a pop-up window.
Before you jump down my throat about WP.com not supporting plugins, yes, I’ve read numerous forum posts which tell me this and the reasons why, which I understand. I haven’t found a forum topic relating to my specific question.
The actual question I want to ask is if there is any possible way, using some sort of HTML/javascript/whatever, that I would be able to redirect my blog to another site (whether it be a pop up page or not). I would ideally love this to occur when the “Page” link is clicked, but if this is not possible, then can it be done so that the “Page” page loads, and brings up a new window of the destination URL with it?
I realise this is a tad confusing to read.
I hope there’s someone out there who can help me.
Thanks heaps in advance!

You can link to external pages anywhere from you WordPress.com blog.
Do you mean you want to include external pages in your navigation link?
If that’s what you’d like to do, you’ll need to choose a theme that supports the Custom Menu feature. Such themes are listed here:

Thank you both so much!
@naokomc, unfortunately I don’t have any of the listed themes installed.
@panaghiotisadam, that was a really good solution, and luckily I was able to get it working, but not 100% right. If you look at my blog: http://www.inwiththeoldstore.wordpress.com … and have a look at the top navigation bar, the page link that I am trying to redirect is the one next to the Blog Title. Having the html text in the title bar of the page has pushed the actual Page Title down, so you can’t see it at all and it hangs down past the rest of the page links. I haven’t really described that very well, it’s easier to just see for yourself.
What would you suggest I do to fix that problem? Could I expand the size of the page link area? Or something else? I’m a bit rubbish at CSS.
Thanks again!

You’re welcome, but you should have read more than the beginning of my post: check the right-column list; check the screenshot near the end.

Oops, sorry! I guess I was so eager to try it out that I skipped the bottom part.
Oh well. I guess after all that, I’m stuck.
Thank you so much for your response anyhow, much appreciated. :)
