Is there a way to redirect external links by a page on my WP?

  Hi! I’m looking for a way to redirect external links from my posts.. When a user click on a link in my post I want it to be redirected like this: http://mywebsite.com/redirect/http://external-link.com , then in 1-2 sec or instantly to http://external-link.com (saw this on forums)

  To be honest, I don’t want to creat any external backlinks..

  (redirect link must be exactly like this http://mywebsite.com/redirect/http://external-link.com, means that entire external link address must be shown in redirect link)
