Is there a way to remove advertisement from blog?

  I am new to wordpress and have searched for an answer to my question but have been unable to find one. I noticed there is an advertisement below my blog post. I was wondering if there is anyway to remove ads from my blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can buy the no ads upgrade for $ 30– per year – the ads are one of the ways that WordPress.COM provides you with a “free” blog. You agreed to the ads in the Terms of Service when you signed up.

  Thanks aux. I figured that was the reason it was there, just couldn’t find anything that talked about what you had to do to remove them. Guess I should have read those terms completely. I use to use wordpress and there never use to be any ads which is why I was a little confuse over why they are there now.

  I have the no ads upgrade on my site – have from the start so I don’t see the ads and if you are logged in you will not see the ads either – from what I have seen in the forum the ads are much more annoying of recent than they were in the past –
