Is there a way to remove the default widgets from the Motion theme?

  I’d really like to get rid of some of the widgets and place only specific widgets on the page. The layout and theme is gorgeous but there’s a lot of things I just don’t want on the bottom of the page. (The side bar I’d like to keep)
