Is there a way to restore deleted media files?

  I need to urgently restore my media files as i have accidentally deleted them without much thinking, Is it possible to restore them?

  Yes it’s possibe to restore from Trash, provided you did not pernamnelty delete the files. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/#restoring-from-trash

  I permanently deleted it off my library. Is there a way I can pay for the recovery for the files?

  Try search engines if the pictures were published – they might have them in their cache

  That’s a good idea. As long as they were in a post, Google might have grabbed them.
