Is there a way to retrieve a deleted comment posted 4 years ago?

  There was one comment on my about page posted in September 2011, which I deleted sometime in 2012 or 2013 by mistake with all the comments.
  I was wondering if I could somehow retrieve it, or at least get the text (I know who the sender was).
