Is there a way to set up multiple portfolio pages?

  I have the Photographer theme installed and am trying to set up multiple portfolio pages. I would like to have one portfolio page per each service line our company offer, be able to make a post for each project, and have it show only under its respective portfolio. However, I noticed that under theme options the portfolio section only gives options on choosing the category for one portfolio.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  When using the Portfolio Page template, then only one portfolio can be created, as you’ve discovered. There is a work around that will let you create multiple portfolios though.

  It’s mentioned the Photographer theme support page, but here it is for quick reference:

  1. Create a Post.
  2. Set a Featured Image for the post.
  3. Add a Category to the Post (e.g. Landscapes).
  4. Publish or Update the post.
  5. Repeat process as necessary.
  6. Add the assigned category to the Custom Menu.

  This works because a Category Page in that theme works essentially like the Portfolio Page template.
