Is there a way to transfer followers/ subscribers and RSS feeds?

  I need to transfer subscribers from senseshaper.wordpress.com to my WordPress site at senseshaper.com. With some searching, I found that I need to submit a support request. Also, I have done the site redirect and this appears to be working, but was just told that my RSS feed is broken. Is it possible to redirect the RSS feed as well?

  Hi there,

  OK, you’re all set with your followers! They’ve all been migrated to your new site and are available here:

  http://wordpress.com/#!/my-stats/?blog=49321099&blog_subscribers&unit=1

  Unfortunately your RSS feed cannot be redirected, however if you have migrated all of your content, then the RSS feed at your new location should have all of the same content. Your followers will just need to subscribe to the new feed!
