Is there a way to use this video in my post?

    I have been using embeds regularly. Today I was using the embed code for a video from CBC. A friend of mine tried it on a simple html web page and it worked fine. For some reason when I paste the embed code into a new post here, the code disappears and nothing displays. According to your support page, there’s code in there not supported. Is there anything I can use that will allow me to use the video? Here’s the code:

    Flash embeds are not allowed, with the exception of some specific shortcodes. See: http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
