Is there a way to view who liked or disliked commemts on a post?

I can’t find a way to view who is clicking on thumbs up to various comments made on my posts.

There is no way to Like or Dislike a comment on a WP.com blog as far as I’m aware. Do you mean the blog posts? You get a notification in your Admin bar on who liked your posts, and you might get an email as well if you’ve set up notifications that way.

It’s a rating actually, they have the option to click on a thumbs up or a thumbs down beneath each comment.

Anytime. You should know the link attached to your name is not your actual URL:
It should be:
You switched “life” for “love”.
thoughlovebeaday.wordpress.com is still available if you want to switch.

I’ve been trying to find how to consolidate the two, or discover if it was possible before registering it. I went ahead and added it as a secondary blog… Any clue as to how I can switch all my content from thoughlifebeaday to thoughlovebeaday? It was intended to be a play on words from the great e.e. cummings but I gathered that no one would catch on. Any tips are greatly appreciated! :)

You can just go to the Dashboard->Tools of the one you want to not use, hit Export, and then on the Dashboard->Tools of the one you want to use, hit Import and choose the file from the other blog.

How did you set up the ‘Rate this’ part of your blog? I can’t see it in the list of wordpress.com widgets.
-
Go to your dashboard, click on Ratings, then click on All Ratings, and you cam change your settings to allow readers to rate your posts.
:) God bless you!
