Is there a way you could export the menu items for me?

I try to backup my site. But, oh my, I realized that menu items are not backed up by the export functionality.
This means that every menu item is not linked to one of my posts or pages will be completely lost if deleted. (because I wouldn’t be able to recover it from posts and pages). Which means all external links! Can you export my menu items?

I’m sorry but that is not possible.
However you can enter Links into your dashboard and then export them.
