  I need a widget like on this http://lost-media.com/
  On the top of the sidebar where is Photos, Posts, Tags, where you can see the last pictures from the gallery, last posts from forum. Is there something like this for wordpress

  No. Best you can do is the Recent Posts and the Tag Cloud widgets.

  Appearance > Widgets > Add > Save Changes.

  You can’t use plugins in a wp.COM blog.
