is there a widget that allows me to insert my wordpress blog into a static page?
In the same way as I can insert my twitter feed to the wordpress page using a widget is there a way I can put my WP feed onto a static page?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Do you mean you want your blog posts to show up on a separate website page hosted somewhere else?
WordPress blogs come with an RSS feed, which is raw data that can be used by an outside script to display a list of your latest posts.
Your feed URL is http://thanetrc.wordpress.com/feed/
If you can find a feed reader script for the page where you’d like to display a list of posts, then you could add it that way.
May I ask why you need to display blog posts on a static page? I’m curious about what your end goal is. :)

What I have is this:
When people click on “Latest News” they go off to thanetrc.wordpress.org
I was hoping there would be some widget that I could place on http://www.thanetrc.org that would show my WordPress posts.
Much like I have for Twitter on the home page …

@thanetrc, I found something new that might be just the thing for you!
It’s called an embeddable timeline. To make one, fill out the form on the left, click generate, and copy the HTML that appears on the right into the source for the web page where you want to display your timeline:

Yay!
That timeline stuff is brand, brand new. I just heard about it after I posted the first time on this thread, and it was just launched a few days ago.
